CONSTRUCTION:
“NOVA” Laboratory Tubular Furnace is having double chamber construction. Inner chamber is a high Alumina Ceramic tube and outer Mild Steel. Both the end of the furnace is covered by synthania machine sheets.
Cerwool insulation is provided to minimize heat loss. Specially designed heater coil surrounded on outer side of ceramic tube. The Tubular Furnace will generate and transfer the heat very fast with minimum heat loss and thus maximum temperature of 850/900 Deg. C can be achieved within less than an hour. Thus the system is power consumption saver.
