APPLICATION:
“NOVA” Microprocessor PID Control Based Orbital Shaking Incubator are available in various size, capacity and inner chamber material for various application and uses in Biology, Virology, Biotechnology, Tissue Culture, Oceanography, Water Pollution, Medical, Microbiology, Sewage, R & D, Agriculture, Dairy Product, Food Research Lab, Bacteriological, Pathological & Quality Control Work and other application include cultivation of Bacteria, Shell Life Test, Cultivation of insect varieties for Genetic Studies, Preservation of vaccine and other test demanding constant and uniform temperature below and above ambient with or without shaking.
CONSTRUCTION:
Double walled construction, exterior of Mild Steel finished in powder coating paint. Interior made of STAINLESS STEEL. Glass wool insulation will be provided between the chambers to minimize heat/cool loss. Full glass door will be provided. The door will be of double walled provided with magnetic gasket, lock and handle. Removable tray of suitable tray capacity is provided. Forced air circulation is provided for uniform temperature. Brushless Induction Motor driven shaking system alongwith Electronic AC frequency drive and Digital RPM Meter for shaking. The entire unit rest on castor wheels for easy move ability.
HEATING & COOLING:
Heating by long lasting air/strip heaters provides heating above ambient temperature with Electronic PID Control and display system. Hermatically sealed compressor/condensing unit coupled with evaporation coil and fan cooled condenser provide cooling below ambient temperature.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
All the controls are provided on the front top side of the unit for easy assessment, operation and maintenance.
PANEL:
The control panel system is consisting of Mains Switch, Mains Indicator, Digital Microprocessor Based PID Controller, Heating ON Indicator, Cooling ON Indicator, Shaker ON/OFF Toggle Switch, Shaker ON Indicator, Digital RPM Indicator cum Controller etc.
