CONSTRUCTION:
Modern in design & rigid in construction. Double walled body. Inner chamber made of Stainless Steel and outer body made of Mild Steel duly powder coated paint. 75mm thick glass-wool insulation is provided between the two chambers. Door is fitted with electroplated hinges with spring and roller bolt locking or Magnetic latch.

HEATING ELEMENTS :
THESE ARE MADE OF IMPORTED NICHROME/KANTHAL WIRES WOUND IN spiral form and placed and distributed equally to ensure uniform heat in the working chamber. Heaters are based on Asbestos sheets through porcelain refractoriness insulators. All heaters are working on black heat principle therefore automatically provided safety in operation and extended heater life. Heaters are easily replaceable.
